Whoop International crosses “The Pond” in 2022.

WHOOP has offices in the United States, The Netherlands, and an office near Hong Kong in Shenzhen, where all the magic of Whoop manufacturing, quality control, testing, and distribution occurs. In early 2022, Whoop finally established their product and market expansion goals by moving west and over the pond. The founders connected and generated a professional team of technology, sales management, analysts, advertising and marketing to launch product endeavors within all 50 states by early 2023.

Controlled Customization and Expectations.

Sourcing is only the first step. After an acute, sharp selection, both WHOOP International and CN keep working closely together with the manufacturer to the configuration of the product- both hardware, and software-wise, thus creating a product that perfectly meets our customer's needs, demands and requirements.

Quality Assurance = Quality Customer Retention.

While in development, the products are thoroughly tested, analyzed, and validated by WHOOP in both- Europe and China. While in production, we continue the tradition with a systematic process monitored by our internal WHOOP technology experts, data professionals, and engineers. Nothing goes to market, to a shelf, or packaged in a box without our complete inspections and verified *QC (Quality Control) labels. The fact is, when you offer the best quality products, at affordable pricing, the customer wins immediately- and chances are, they’ll return to you and your brand in the future. About the ACP Program.

What is the Affordable Connectivity Program?

The Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP) is a Federal Communications Commission (FCC) program that replaces the Emergency Broadband Benefit Program (EBB Program) to help low-income households pay for internet service and connected devices.

If your household is eligible, you can receive:

  • Up to a $30/month discount on your internet service

  • Up to a $75/month discount if your household is on qualifying Tribal lands

  • A one-time discount of up to $100 for a laptop, tablet, or desktop computer (with a co-payment of more than $10 but less than $50)

Only one monthly service discount and one device discount is allowed per household. The internet company will provide the discount to the consumer.

How long will it take to receive approval?

Normally, it takes about 20-30 minutes for an application to be approved. However, some applications will have to wait 3-4 days or longer for approval. The reason is that your proof documentation needs to be reconfirmed. You can always check the status of your application by logging into your account. Once you receive approval, you will also receive an email confirmation along with a tracking number for your order.

Who Is Eligible for the Affordable Connectivity Program?

A household is eligible if a member of the household meets at least one of the criteria below:

Has an income that is at or below 200% of the federal poverty guidelines;

Participates in certain assistance programs, such as SNAP, Medicaid, Federal Public Housing Assistance, SSI, WIC, or Lifeline;

Participates in Tribal specific programs, such as Bureau of Indian Affairs General Assistance, Tribal TANF, or Food

Distribution Program on Indian Reservations;

Is approved to receive benefits under the free and reduced-price school lunch program or the school breakfast program, including through the USDA Community Eligibility Provision in the 2019-2020, 2020-2021, or 2021-2022 school year;

Received a Federal Pell Grant during the current award year;

Meets the eligibility criteria for a participating provider’s existing low-income program.

Is there a contract or monthly bill?

No, there is NO contract, NO monthly bill sent to you. Cancel at any time.

How do I ensure my service stays active?

You must use your service at least once a month or purchase additional data. If your service goes unused for 30 days, your service may be deactivated. You must also remain eligible under the qualifications of the Affordable Connectivity Program.
